Day 1

BREAKFAST

  • Fresh fruit, home-made granola, blueberry & lemon muffins, cooked-to-order selection, smoothies, bacon & cheese croissants

  • Orange & pink grapefruit flavoured water

LUNCH

  • Ginger-basil grilled fresh lobster, chargrilled courgette, asparagus & halloumi salad, mango & chickpea salad, mixed garden salad

  • Basil and sundried tomato bread

  • Pear tart tatin & crème fraiche

DINNER

  • Warm walnut & goat cheese salad with a mandarin honey dressing

  • Baked sea bass with roasted mediterranean vegetables & saffron vegetables

  • Spiced apples in a tuille basket

Day 2

BREAKFAST

  • Fresh fruit platter, home-made pain au raisin, smoothie bowls with chia seeds, cooked-to-order selection

  • Mint & raspberry fruit water

LUNCH

  • Prawn & sweet chilli salad with tortilla shards, curried cauliflower and bean salad, griddled vegetable & halloumi salad, baby spinach & rocket salad

  • Olive focaccia

  • Griddled fresh pineapple with mint sugar & vanilla gelato

DINNER

  • Fresh local oysters and fresh mussels in a white wine, saffron sauce

  • Grilled garlic sourdough bread

  • Chocolate & nut brownies with vanilla gelato

Day 3

BREAKFAST

  • Blackberry friands, fresh fruit platter, greek yoghurt with honey comb & granola, cooked-to-order selection, home-made pain au chocolat

  • Mint & lime flavoured water

LUNCH

  • Serrano ham croquettes with a squid and chorizo salad, rocket, cherry tomato & buffalo mozarella salad

  • Seeded bread sticks with olive oil & balsamic reduction

  • Lemon scented meringues with fresh berries

DINNER

  • Smoked salmon tartar with crème fraiche & caviar

  • Roasted halibut on a bed of clams, bacon and white wine broth

  • Chocolate roulade filled with chocolate mousse

Day 4

BREAKFAST

  • Brioche french toast with berries & greek yoghurt, cooked-to-order selection, fresh fruit platter, blueberry & lemon muffins

  • Watermelon and mint flavoured water

LUNCH

  • Spicy prawn burgers in brioche buns, sweet potato fries, mixed green salad with a fresh lemon olive oil dressing

  • Chinese apples with sesame and toffee sauce & vanilla ice cream

DINNER

  • Lobster & crab bisque with flaked crab and lemon-seared scallops

  • Cauliflower puree and curry oil

  • Warm chocolate mousse cake with crème fraiche

Day 5

BREAKFAST

  • Eggs benedict on home-made English muffins, fresh fruit platter, croissants, smoothies, banana & cranberry muffins

  • Strawberry & mint flavoured water

LUNCH

  • A selection of homemade pizzas, quinoa, cashew, sundried tomato salad, pink grapefruit and rocket salad, mixed roasted vegetables with yoghurt & green chilli oil

  • Ricotta fritters with orange honey

DINNER

  • Sushi and sashimi platter

  • Roasted cod with asian greens and a miso broth

  • Meringue roulade with strawberries and pistachios

Day 6

BREAKFAST

  • Mushroom and cheddar omelettes, spinach and strawberry banana smoothies, white chocolate and raspberry muffins. 3 citrus infused water

LUNCH

  • Crab cakes with spicy mayonnaise, warm lentil radicchio and honeyed walnut salad with feta cheese 

  • Endive mixed green salad

  • 3 bean salad with roasted artichoke hearts and peppers

  • Sundried tomato focaccia 

  • Gin blueberries served warm with frozen yogurt

DINNER 

  • Sweetcorn lemongrass and ginger soup

  • Herb crusted rack of lamb with roasted Mediterranean vegetables and a port and blackberry jus. Served with a celeriac puree

  • Toasted Almond and salted caramel cheesecake
